No, bruh, they really animated all of that without caring about the budget😭. Even Kintaro's hairflow animation is crazy. Honestly, if they had turned this into a full movie instead, I'm pretty sure it would've made the anime blow up.

One more thing about Episode 4, i love how they animated the technology in this show. Nothing feels made up... everything is based on reality. The world itself is built in a way that makes us view it as something realistic anime.
