I genuinely like how they make dedicated episodes for each individual character, giving us a deep understanding of who they are and helping us connect with them on a personal level! This episode describes Rei's character, his life and how he is into this line of work! It is intense from the very beginning, yet gradually softens into far more gentle as it progresses. A great piece of art! The animation is good, the fighting sequences look genuinely awesome.
