With their parents abroad, Yurine, Noemi, Naru, and Mio are his only company, and the tension between them shifts pretty quickly once everyone's secrets are out in the open. This is a single OVA episode from Studio Seven, adapted from a visual novel, so it moves fast and leans into the sibling relationship dynamics without much buildup. The animation holds up well for a 2014 release, and the character designs are distinct enough that you can actually tell the four sisters apart, which matters more than you'd think in a setup like this.
