Hyorinmaru going full power and turning the entire sky black gave me genuine chills; that ice fight itself was stunning and honestly felt more impactful than a lot of the main storyline's battles. I just couldn't believe Momo got utterly played by her own zanpakuto for being so unbelievably trusting, which was simultaneously frustrating and kind of hilarious, especially when Matsumoto finally showed up.
