The pacing was good, they managed to cover a lot of interesting things while also introducing several new characters within 24 minutes. Overall, it was a really good episode.

My only complaint is... this anime is starting to feel like a harem series. Not that I’m against it, but that wasn't really the impression I got from the first four episodes.
