Birdy the Mighty: Decode 02

The fighting scenes in this episode were absolutely insane and genuinely made my jaw drop. The action was intense, well-animated and really exciting to watch. Overall, it was a thrilling episode and a great way to wrap up the series. The finale felt satisfying and delivered some memorable moments.

Poor Nataru has been through so much in his life. His struggles really make his character feel more emotional and relatable. I genuinely feel for him and hope things get better for him.

I really like Birdy’s character, as she’s one of my favorites in the series. Her personality and the way she’s portrayed make her really enjoyable to watch. She definitely stands out to me whenever she appears.

That was a great start to the season! The episode set things up really well, and I’m excited to see what the rest of the season has in store.

What a crazy turn of events. The fight scenes death defying, sure if you pause at certain frames in the first fight it looks wanky and the movement in certain areas looked bad, but the battle with Nataru, and Birdy was top notched it looked like animators from Naruto worked on. The ending was uplifting, with a ray of hope.

Golly Nataru is a mad man! I can't believe he's doing this he's putting the people he kills in a sympathetic light. The school Cultural Festival is the backdrop for this awesome final battle, I am Birdy will be crashing the party soon enough.

Birdy you are the only one who can answer that question. Got say I was surprised didn't think it would go down that route out of all of them I kinda feel bad for Tasera.

I saw Birdy on the phone, and a thought occurred to me, if she or Tsutomu could pretend talk on a cell phone to each other without looking crazy. The episode has taken on a more serious tone now compared the more lighthearted one last episode.

I have to say it but she should have been found out a long time ago. It's the writers making the people of this world look and seem dumb, Leaping over a train or two is dumb, especially when Nataru catches up to them not even a minuter later. You are telling me the mall where people are paid for a living to look at security camera footage all day don't she a girl transforming into a boy.

Everything has come to light, about Birdy's past and I mean everything. Even the parts other people's memory or her knowing things she wasn't privy to. There an action packed finale to this episode but i believe it was overshadowed by the guilt and sorrow Birdy must have felt i that moment. The almost hand drawn animation looked way too intense, the movement she made you could see and feel the desperation coming from her. The rotoscoping was used to great effect for the moments that matter, great episode highly recommend!

Are you kidding me what's with the back talk, the questioning, there is no time to lose, why if there was a better way they would have mentioned it. This feels like filler though it blends seamlessly with the story. It does seem to have very little to do with the plot, they could have explored her past and given us more lore instead of having her clam up like she did and have us go through the rigmarole. They had the technology just for this case, it does smell a bit contrived. Still entertaining, with relevance to the plot.

That's some tough luck kid, it seems wires have been crossed, in more ways than one. The daily life of a model does not seem so bad, beats working in the mines. The dilemma might be implemented to pad out the run time, I don't think makes sense for a weapon to have that side effect let alone a backstory. Manufactured drama is best way I can put it, without putting down the entire episode down.
