Bikyaku Seido Kaichou Ai

Synopsis
For too long, Atsushi has put up with Ai Nonomiya's condescending attitude. She's the student council president at a prestigious academy — composed, respected, untouchable — and he's the caddie who does her bidding while absorbing her insults. The setup is a familiar power imbalance, but this one tips in an unexpected direction when Atsushi decides he's done being the punching bag and starts playing a different game entirely. Blackmail enters the picture, and suddenly Ai's carefully maintained authority isn't quite as airtight as she thought. What follows is a single-episode OVA from studio Oz Inc. that leans hard into the push-and-pull between control and submission, wrapping it in a school setting that makes the contrast between Ai's public image and private situation feel deliberate. There's also a leg fetish element that's pretty central to the whole thing, so know that going in. If you've watched something like Kuroinu or Oni Chichi and you're comfortable with that territory, this scratches a similar itch — dominant-turns-submissive premise, academy backdrop, charged character dynamics. It's based on a visual novel, so the character framing and expressions get a fair amount of attention. At one episode, it doesn't overstay its welcome. It knows what it is and delivers on that premise without much padding. Niche material, but if the setup sounds like your thing, it's a straightforward watch.
