Synopsis

Every three years, Luo Han travels from his desert home to the Central Plains for a single purpose: to deliver a medicine cup to his dear friend, Yi Lian. But this year's journey takes a dangerous turn. When an attempt to help Yi Lian out of trouble goes awry, Luo Han is plunged into a treacherous conspiracy involving a massive silver heist, ruthless gangsters, and powerful court officials. An act of loyalty to a friend soon threatens to unravel the political stability of the entire nation.
