Episode 2 does a great job showing how quickly Misaki starts adapting to her new life. The school scenes are charming, and her interactions with Kotaro, Hatoko, and Tamayo make the cast feel warm and welcoming. The episode also balances humor with action nicely, making Misaki’s first real battle feel exciting without taking itself too seriously.
