The first episode is a really fun introduction to Angelic Layer. Misaki feels instantly likable because she’s excited about everything she discovers in Tokyo, and her enthusiasm for Angelic Layer is contagious. The mix of comedy, mystery, and a slightly futuristic setting makes the episode easy to get hooked on.
