📖 SYNOPSIS

Young Mari's aversion to vegetables and milk manifests in terrifying nightmares about being forced to consume them. One day, after choking down her hated meal at school, she faints. She awakens in the nurse's office to find herself face-to-face with Ninninman, Piman, and Milk, three food sprites who only appear when she eats her carrots, peppers, and drinks her milk. Though initially repulsed by these manifestations of her least favorite foods, Mari must navigate their presence. The food sprites aim to teach her the value of friendship and, hopefully, help her overcome her dislike of healthy eating habits. The series explores themes of acceptance, overcoming personal challenges, and the importance of a balanced diet.
