I like that this episode focused on MIyako and actually explained her dual personality, it is beyond just a recurring gag and is actually a well executed reconciliation story.  The pacing really builds the awkward double life slowly as well as letting the resolution land satisfyingly. The animation also really shows Miyako's two modes, I can see the difference immediately from the posture onto the expression changes. They are really smart at showcasing MIyako's unique quirk.
