📖 SYNOPSIS
Sanshiro's life on his small island is turned upside down when a stranger invites him to a game. Suddenly, he's transported to a backwards universe to play BakéGyamon, a game where monsters clash. This new world is filled with other players, each with their own reasons for participating. They all share a common goal: to win the game and be granted a wish. The series focuses on the premise of a young boy thrust into a world of competition and the motivations behind the players' desires. The setting is a contrast between Sanshiro's mundane island life and the fantastical world of BakéGyamon.
