Oshimeter
Synopsis
A 10-year-old child genius named Chiyo Mihama skips ahead to high school, which would be the weirdest thing about her class if her homeroom teacher wasn't the kind of person who steals a student's bicycle to avoid being late to work. Azumanga Daioh is a 26-episode TV series adapted from a 4-koma manga, and it basically invented the template that shows like Nichijou and School Rumble would later build on. There's no plot to speak of — no villain, no romance arc, no tournament. You're just hanging out with six girls and their unhinged teachers across three years of high school. Tomo is a loudmouth who picks fights she can't win. Osaka stares into space and says things that make zero sense. Sakaki is tall, cool, and desperately wants to pet cats that keep biting her. The humor swings between completely grounded slice-of-life stuff and genuinely surreal gag sequences, sometimes in the same scene. J.C.Staff adapted the four-panel format into these short, punchy segments that give each episode a rhythm closer to a sketch comedy show than a traditional anime. It's warm without being saccharine, and funny without trying too hard. If you liked Yotsuba&! and wished it had an anime, this is the closest thing from the same creator's earlier work. The kind of show you put on when you want something that just feels nice to watch.

patpat★★★★★EP 26The last episode is really mixed feeling for me. They have some comedy and humor in it but it's kinda sad that they are already graduated. It's a bittersweet ending, i hope they make anime like this again. It's absolutely great and relateable
patpat★★★★★EP 25OHH MYY GAHHH, i have finally found the iconic scene in this episode. Hahaha this episode is absurdly humor and comedy. But on the other side, they really into their reality to study for the college test. Huhuhuhu it's kinda mixed in this episode
patpat★★★★★EP 24This is cuteness overload!! Sakaki is really cute in this episode, she just want to pet a cat in her house but she can't do it. This episode is really heart warming to see Sakaki's smile so often and she talk a lot in this episode. I like it
