Another new student character, Ritsu the killer machine, is introduced. This episode feels more serious with fewer funny moments than the previous 8 episodes. Looks like the author wants us to pause the laughs and focus on her. Skipping it is fine though since the whole episode focus on her. Info about Ritsu is online and it won't affect the plot.
