The recap through Yue's perspective is a pretty nice touch. It lasts about a minute and fifty seconds, so if you are caught up with the story, it's an easy skip. (Still does a pretty good job at setting the stage, though). The set-up for the conflict between the beast men and humans is pretty good, and we meet old friends who have definitely been putting in the work since we last saw them. It's cute to see Hajime come through for the people he loves. The bond he has with Yue is beautiful to see, their silent exchanges saying more than words ever could.
