Husband to Hera, king of the gods, and apparently a massive creep, Zeus has cooked up a scheme to spend time with young angels without his wife finding out. His cover? The triennial promotion exam that sends angels down to Earth for real-world experience. Three angels, Yu, Miki, and Cyadoko, end up working part-time at a flower shop, navigating a string of increasingly complicated trials. What they don't know is that Zeus is pulling strings behind the scenes for reasons that have nothing to do with their spiritual advancement. That's the setup, and yes, this is a 2-episode hentai OVA from 2004, so you know where it goes from there. It's adapted from the adult PC game 'Angelium: Tokimeki Love God,' and the mythological framing — Zeus, Hera, heavenly bureaucracy — gives it a slightly more elaborate premise than most titles in the genre bother with. The character designs from Mamoru Yokota and Naoki Aikawa are distinctly early-2000s, which gives it a certain nostalgic quality if you grew up with that era. If you've watched things like Bible Black or La Blue Girl and you're comfortable with the genre, this fits neatly into that same space — fantasy world-building used as scaffolding for adult content. It's not trying to be anything more than what it is, and at two episodes, it doesn't overstay its welcome.
