Angel Blade Punish!

Smog has choked Earth's surface to ruin, the ground reduced to a wasteland, and humanity packed up and built cities in the sky — which is a cool premise that mostly serves as backdrop for something considerably more adult. Moena Shinguji is a regular college student living in one of these elevated cities until she discovers her father secretly engineered powers into her body. When a villain called Dark Mother starts sending armies of seductive demon women to terrorize the world's virgins, Moena transforms into Angel Blade — a masked heroine whose costume leaves very little to the imagination. Her stepmother gets kidnapped, allies start showing up, and the whole thing escalates into a raid on the demon stronghold. This is a 3-episode OVA from 2004 with character designs by Masami Ōbari, and it wears its influences openly — if you've seen Cutey Honey or Kekko Kamen, you'll recognize the DNA immediately. It's playing with magical girl and tokusatsu tropes but filtering them through explicit adult content, so the parody and the hentai exist in the same space without much apology. Fans of La Blue Girl will feel right at home. The sci-fi worldbuilding is thin but present, and the action has enough energy to keep things moving between the explicit scenes. Don't go in expecting deep storytelling — this is pulpy, campy, and fully committed to its own ridiculous premise, which is honestly its charm.
