Anette-san to Liliana-san The Animation

Anette is the neighbor next door, Liliana is the live-in housekeeper, and both have a complicated relationship with the same young man — very different roles, one shared household. This single OVA is actually a crossover combining two separate manga series — 'Tonari no Ie no Anette-san' and 'Wagaya no Liliana-san' — brought together into one story by studio Seven. If you're already familiar with either source manga, this is essentially a fan-service payoff that puts both characters in the same domestic setting, letting their dynamics with the protagonist play out together rather than separately. If you're coming in fresh, the setup is simple enough to follow: a guy, two women with different roles in his life, and a lot of intimate tension in everyday home settings. The tone is mature and unhurried — this isn't chaotic or over-the-top, just two character dynamics playing out in a grounded domestic context.
