Episode 3 is a slight improvement over Episode 2. Liza's introduction gives the story a direction, and the mystery around her secret provides a reason to keep watching. The animation is still weak, and Haruto is still boring, but the supporting cast—especially Charlotte and Liza—carries the episode. If you're invested in the show, this episode gives you more to work with.
