The introduction of Peorth gives the series a different kind of energy. She is much more confident and competitive than Belldandy, so her presence immediately creates some amusing tension. I liked the idea that Keiichi may still have another wish connected to him, because it gives the story something new to explore without completely changing what makes the series enjoyable. Peorth is definitely not the easiest goddess to deal with, though.
