This episode takes a more awkward approach to Keiichi and Belldandy's relationship. Keiichi clearly struggles to express what he is actually thinking, which creates several funny misunderstandings along the way. I did find some of the situation a little frustrating, but I liked the way things were eventually handled. It also shows that their relationship doesn't necessarily need a label to be meaningful.
