This episode was a nice payoff to the tension involving Peorth and Belldandy. Instead of relying entirely on comedy, it puts more attention on Belldandy's feelings and her relationship with Keiichi. I liked seeing her finally express herself more directly, since she usually keeps her emotions under control. It gives their relationship a small but meaningful step forward while still keeping the gentle tone of the series.
