When two warrior women summon a medieval history nerd to a fantasy world, it turns out his 'help' is a very specific kind of power transfer that benefits everyone involved. That's the whole premise of this single-episode OVA from Office TakeOut, and it leans into it without any pretense of being something else. Tomohiro can permanently boost the magical abilities of female warriors, Alice and Frey want that boost badly enough to propose marriage, and the arrangement suits everyone just fine. A handful of other warriors — Lumines, Lolo, Cature, and Rachel — round out the cast and bring some variety to the fantasy setting. The isekai framing gives it a bit more structure than you'd expect from the genre, with actual world-building flavoring the setup rather than just using it as wallpaper. If you've watched Kyonyuu Fantasy or Elf no Oshiego to Sensei and appreciated when these productions actually bother with a coherent fantasy backdrop, this hits a similar note. It's closer to Taimanin Asagi in terms of production effort — the animation holds up and the character designs are distinct enough that you can tell everyone apart. One episode, no commitments, adapted from a visual novel source that clearly had more story to tell. Don't go in expecting depth, but the fantasy wrapper is genuinely put together.
