This part of the exam is considerably more psychological, which makes it much more interesting than simply watching everyone throw Zaiphon around. Each person has something different weighing on them, and that gives the challenges actual meaning. Teito's section was frustrating at times because he really knows how to trap himself inside his own emotions. Still, seeing the candidates confronted in such personal ways made this one of the more compelling exam episodes for me.
