Watching Teito and Hakuren investigate together was probably my favorite part here. Their partnership has come a long way from constantly insulting each other, yet thankfully they haven't lost that entertaining friction. The church also feels much less safe than it once did, which gives familiar locations a surprisingly uneasy atmosphere. I was actually more invested in the mystery than the action this time. Teito thinking before charging ahead is always appreciated 🙃
