Renegade Immortal Movie: Slaying the Blood Progenitor

Wang Lin has a knack for making powerful enemies, and the Blood Progenitor might be the worst one yet. This feature-length ONA side story drops him into the Thunder Immortal Realm, where an old grudge becomes a lethal manhunt. Wang Lin cannot just power up and win a straight duel. He has to survive, prepare, misdirect, and scrape together every trick he has while the vastly stronger Blood Progenitor closes in. Ally Li Yuan and Yao Xixue add personal stakes, especially since Yao Xixue's connection to the pursuer makes the chase messier than a simple revenge plot. The appeal is the pressure. This is grim, adult-oriented xianxia with a morally hard-edged lead, full-CGI lightning and blood-energy spectacle, and a tactical underdog conflict where formations, forbidden techniques, and mind games matter as much as cultivation level. If you liked Battle Through the Heavens or Perfect World but want something darker and more survival-driven, this fits. If Soul Land's power escalations appeal to you but you prefer a colder anti-hero, Wang Lin is your guy.
