Onimomomomo 2nd Season

Onimomomomo 2nd Season is the kind of side project you put on when you have three minutes and want a small, silly break from serious anime. This ONA is a chibi companion to Tougen Anki, the manga where Oni-blooded fighters and the Momotaro lineage are tangled in a mythological conflict. Instead of big battles, the mini series uses that same cast and world for tiny comedy sketches about everyday moods, personality clashes, and the absurdity of these dramatic characters being cute for a moment. It is supervised by Tougen Anki creator Yura Urushibara, so the humor feels like an affectionate extra rather than a random parody. The appeal is low commitment and low stakes: short gags, familiar faces, and a tone that stays playful without needing plot homework. If you liked Bungou Stray Dogs Wan! for its chibi cast goofing off, or Attack on Titan: Junior High for turning intense mythology into school-day nonsense, this fits that lane. Think Jujutsu Kaisen: Juju Stroll, but with Oni-versus-Momotaro lore in the background.
