Funbarus
Oshimeter
Synopsis
Nossori is a sloth whose entire job is sitting between a human and a desk, quietly stopping them from slouching. That's the setup, and it gets weirder in a nice way. The Funbarus are small hunched animal plushies made for posture support, and while Nossori holds the line, he half-listens to whatever the humans around him are chatting about. An ordinary comment is all it takes for his imagination to run off: suddenly the desk crew is in a wild fantasy skit, complete with Montan the hyper monkey and Hop the no-nonsense rabbit. Episodes 1 and 2, "A Handsome Guy Arrives" and "Kuromitsu Man vs. Brownie the Bear Monster," set the pattern early: real-world small talk turns into an overblown imagined scene, then snaps back. The show runs about five minutes, packing two skits and a mini-corner per episode, so it's the kind of thing you put on between tasks. It's cute, surreal, and gentle, closer to a cozy desk toy than a plot you need to keep up with. If you liked Pui Pui Molcar for its wordless plush charm or Bananya for tiny animals doing tiny bits, this is in that lane. Also worth a look if the AI-assisted 2D and CG blend catches your eye.
